My Story

Welcome to my Biokinetics practice, I'm Frances Zaayman.

My journey in the world of movement and rehabilitation began with my Sports Science undergraduate studies at Stellenbosch University (SU). Dedicated to advancing my knowledge and skills, I pursued two honours degrees - one in Performance Sport and another in Biokinetics (SU).

To further enhance my expertise in movement and holistic well-being, I also became a certified BASI Pilates instructor, specialising in comprehensive mat and equipment training, as well as pilates through pregnancy and beyond.

Following the completion of my pilates course, I opened my first Biokinetics practice in 2022 in Sea Point. I opened my second practice in Stellenbosch in 2024, returning to where my Biokinetics journey began.

I’ve always had a passion for helping people and I truly believe that exercise is medicine.
