Frances Zaayman Biokineticist

Frances Zaayman

Frances specialises in working with orthopaedic injuries and has a special interest in trail running injuries and conditioning. She not only enjoys working with sports people to become stronger and overcome their injury for their specific discipline, but also has a passion for working with people who require life specific skills to live functionally and perform daily tasks with good movement patterns.

 

She is energetic and friendly. Her clients are her number 1 priority and it is reflected in the dedication that she shows to them. She believes in movement education and works hard to enhance her clients' awareness, ensuring they can seamlessly apply what they've learned during their sessions to their everyday lives.

 

Outside of her work she leads an active and adventurous lifestyle, some of her favourite activities include trail running, hiking and surfing.

Grace Biggs

Grace specialises in bone health, using evidence-based exercise prescription to treat osteopenia and osteoporosis in a safe and supervised environment. Her other interests include Parkinson’s Disease, orthopaedic rehabilitation, and exercise as preventative medicine. Grace believes in an individual, client-centered approach to cater for each person’s unique physical capability and goals.

 

Grace describes herself as a lifelong student and is passionate about keeping up with the latest exercise science, as well as continuously upskilling herself. She enjoys playing hockey and tennis, as well as trail running and hiking.
